CRAIG S. RUGGEBERG, CPA
Craig Ruggeberg has over 25 years experience
in public accounting since graduating from the
University of Northern Iowa in 1977. Mr. Ruggeberg
worked in the tax departments of McGladrey & Pullen, LLP
and Deloitte & Touche, LLP before starting the firm in
1985.
The majority of Mr. Ruggeberg's time is spent
performing tax and estate planning services for high net
worth individuals and business owners in a wide variety
of industries. Mr. Ruggeberg is a member
of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Texas Society of CPA's. He is a
frequent speaker at civic and professional organizations
on a variety of tax subjects. |
WILLIAM
D. GREENE,
CPA, CVA
Bill Greene began his career in public
accounting after graduating from the Texas Christian
University in 1987. For the next 15 years he continued
to expand his client base and professional skills
working with Texas accounting firms in the Fort Worth,
Austin and Dallas areas before joining the firm in 1998
and becoming a shareholder in 1999.
Mr. Greene's practice areas include tax and
business planning and consulting for large and small
companies as well as high net worth individuals. His
clients are involved in Real Estate, Manufacturing,
Professional Services, Oil and Gas and a wide range of
other industries.
In addition to being a licensed CPA, Mr. Greene
also holds the designation of Certified Valuation
Analyst and has been responsible for establishing and
growing the firm's business valuation area over the past
two years. During this time he has valued Family Limited
Partnerships, real estate holdings and operating
companies, as well as various manufacturing, service and
retail entities.
Mr. Greene is is currently a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the
Texas Society of CPA's and the National Association of
Certified Valuation Analysts. In addition, Mr. Greene
serves as the treasurer of several Not-For-Profit
entities in the Arlington and Tarrant County community. |
GREGORY
E. COLE, CPA
Gregory
has an undergraduate degree from Harding University and
a Master's degree from the University of Texas at
Arlington. He began his public accounting career in 1986
with Arthur Young, now known as Ernst & Young. He joined
this firm in 1994 and became a shareholder in 1998.
Mr. Cole's practice areas include financial
accounting and tax services for small to medium sized
businesses as well as tax planning and preparation for
individuals. Additionally, Mr. Cole performs
consulting services for various software packages, which
include QuickBooks and Peachtree.
Mr. Cole is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of
CPA's, and has served as president of the Mid-Cities
Association of CPA's. |
